ATM Compliance with ADA Standards has gone into effect

Please update your terminal information to Alliance One

Just a reminder that the new standards for ATM terminals have gone into effect, with legislation passed under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Most of the new ADA requirements are focused on communication and how customers will interact with the ATM. Other aspects of the new standards center on accessibility.

As you’re replacing or adapting your terminals to be in compliance with the new ADA requirements and/or adding or eliminating ATM locations, please consider Alliance One. Each ATM location needs to have an Alliance One placard near or on the terminal, and you’ll also want to update your terminal change information with us as it is this information that feeds our ATM locator on our Web site. It is crucial that our database contains accurate information so Alliance One can continue to be a reliable resource for all cardholders. Updates can be done any time on our Web site at www.allianceone.coop. Login to the “Financial Institutions” area where you can add, delete or change terminal information, such as terminal IDs or gateway access. You can add or delete BINs there as well, or order new Alliance One placards for your terminals. (Please note that changes on ATM data can take up to 10 days to take effect and BIN changes can take up to 45 days.)
